NEW BLOG FROM OUR CEO
One Premier Academy is excited to announce a new training schedule, effective this September, that signifies a major step forward in our player development pathway. This strategic update brings a significant expansion to our academy's offerings, increasing the total weekly training hours by an impressive 30.43%, from 23.0 to 30.0 hours.
A key highlight of the new schedule is the introduction of three new groups, including the B 16 & 17 and B 15 & 16 teams. These new groups now constitute 37.5% of our total groups, solidifying our commitment to a structured progression across age bands. We have also secured exclusive use of the large and small fields every Monday to Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, to provide an uninterrupted and professional training experience for all our players.

CLUB PROSPECTUS 2025
We have released our new Club Prospectus for 2025. This document provides a look into our academy's philosophy and programs. It covers our player-centric approach, our structured curriculum across different age groups, and the values we aim to instill in our players.
The prospectus also details our key partnerships, including those with the Junior Premier League (JPL), Umbro, and Unlimited Vision, which offer our players opportunities beyond our local fields. Our aim with this prospectus is to clearly communicate our commitment to providing a supportive and challenging environment for every athlete in our academy.

STRATEGIC PARTNER ANNOUNCEMENT
I'm thrilled to share some significant and exciting news for the future of OPA Academy and, most importantly, for the development of our talented young footballers. As Director of Football, I've been focused on how we can provide even more comprehensive support and opportunities for our players to reach their full potential, both on and off the pitch.
Today marks a key step in that journey. I'm delighted to announce our exclusive strategic partnership with Unlimited Vision. This is a company I've personally been very impressed with, and their expertise lies in helping talented athletes connect with universities and colleges in the United States to secure valuable scholarships.
For many of our players who have aspirations of pursuing higher education while continuing their football careers at a high level, the US pathway offers a fantastic avenue. Unlimited Vision will be our sole partner in guiding our players and their families through this process, providing invaluable support and knowledge about the American collegiate system.
This partnership underscores our commitment here at OPA Academy to not just developing excellent footballers, but also well-rounded individuals with clear pathways for their future. We believe that combining athletic and academic pursuits can open incredible doors, and Unlimited Vision has a proven track record of making these dreams a reality for young athletes.
This is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter for OPA Academy. By working with strategic partners like Unlimited Vision, we are actively building pathways that will allow our players to explore opportunities they might not have otherwise considered. I am incredibly optimistic about the possibilities this collaboration will unlock for our young talent.
